As you enter through the front door you are instantly greeted with those amazing views, vaulted ceilings and a spacious open floor plan. Perfect for entertaining, the living room, dining room and kitchen with extra-large island are all right there, overlooking the lake. Sit back, relax and enjoy the company of your guests, or take advantage of your down time to watch a movie on the large 70-inch TV. This smart TV is equipped with cable, surround sound and the ability to log into your apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc).
The pristine, light and bright kitchen features generous & gorgeous countertops and enough amenities to accommodate family meal prep and plenty of appetizers. It also provides more dining space in addition to the dining table. This dreamy chef’s kitchen includes an oversized sink, induction stove/oven combo, icemaker and extra-large fridge/freezer that makes it easy to cook up your favorite meals and host holiday dinners for your group.
Just off the great room is the large inviting deck, perfect for outdoor relaxation & entertaining, and for enjoying a glass of wine while catching the beautiful sunsets over the lake. Make sure you plan to grill up a killer meal on the wood pellet Traeger grill, located on the side of the deck. Furthermore, you can’t miss the stairs off the deck leading down to the home’s beautiful pool! This heated, seasonal pool (available May-October) is equipped with a tanning shelf, plenty of entertaining furniture and 180-degree views of the lake and mountains. This will certainly provide you with an unforgettable vacation!
Both primary bedrooms have incredible lake views, four seasons king sized beds and well-designed en-suites. Make sure you take advantage of the large walk in shower and soaker tub found in the primary bedroom on the north side. The third bedroom has 2 double sized beds, making it perfect for kiddos, multiple families, and/ or multiple couples. The third bathroom is found in the hallway and the half bath is conveniently located off the great room. Guests also have access to the washer and dryer and half of the garage. You’ll find an additional fridge in the garage too, which is perfect for storing beverages or additional food.
The front and back yards provide a serene escape for guests to unwind and play. Tons of grass make it perfect for lawn games, such as corn hole, which are provided!
CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LCVR:
1. Max Occupancy: 6 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 3 vehicles and one boat/jet ski trailer
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts to lose their permit to operate

PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS
There is space for several vehicles in the front driveway. There is a gravel driveway on the side of the house that can easily accommodate boat and trailer parking. Please note, street parking is not allowed and due to underground sprinklers, driving over the lawns with vehicles or trailers is prohibited.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have three outdoor cameras: one at the front door, one at the garage and one overlooking the pool. These cameras helps us with weather monitoring, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
PETS:
LCVR is not pet friendly. Please note, however the house is not pet free. The owners, who use the home occasionally, have a hypoallergenic dog.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer for every group. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan and Manson have to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events that Manson and Chelan host (Small Town Holidays, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, winery hosted dinners and so much more!). Most coming to Lake Chelan and renting this home will want to plan out their itinerary for when they are visiting in town and exploring, and when they plan to stay up at the house. This home is ~30 from Chelan's downtown shops, restaurants, tasting rooms and grocery stores.
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.

Over the last 10+ years we have spent many weekend adventures renting off VRBO, so we are thrilled to share another vacation home with others.
